While visiting a dear friend on my one man goodwill tour across the entire United States in a 21ft RV I encountered this amazing creature just chilling in her garden. I used crystal powdered watercolor and traditional tube paint to create this mystical background and painted the wings in less than 8 strokes! It's a magic painting and has beautiful memories of a very special time with wonderful people.
